Go to co.cc register a new account for you. Then Register new domain name. After login your account..

Click SetUp button in Manage Domain.

Select Zone Records.

You will get host record form, Fill the followings carefully.

Host : www.yourdomain.co.cc

TTL : 1 D

Type : CNAME

Value : ghs.google.com

Then Click setup. Thats it.

Now Go To Blogger.com, Login Your account. Then follow these few steps.

Click Settings> Publishing >Custom Domain> Switch To Advance settings.

Fill  www.yourdomain.co.cc (Require www).

Then fill word verification and save settings.

Make ensure Redirect Check box.

Then fill Another Word verification. Save settings.

That Its. Now open your your Domain in new browser, You can see your domain with your blogger blog.
